Wanted to try something a little different, came up with a pseudo patty melt.
burger patty on multi-grain toast [mayo on exterior, like a grilled cheese] Instead of cheese, I used; cream cheese diced kalamata olive a few dashes of hot sauce Creamy [cream cheese], crunchy [toast], umami, with a hint of spice [sauce] and brine [olive]. Good combo. |

so tonight was philly cheesesteak night. i have varied it to our tastes. scotch fillet sliced thin. yellow and red capsicum, red and yellow onion, sliced thin. heavy on the salt and garlic, lil butter in the simmer. worcestershire.
extra crispy storebought hashbrowns and heated shit squirtin simulated cheese. i cooked it, but didnt eat it |
