Pulled a couple rib eyes out of the freezer and sous vided them up. Easy, low maintenance.

Wanted to try something a little different, came up with a pseudo patty melt.

burger patty on multi-grain toast [mayo on exterior, like a grilled cheese]

Instead of cheese, I used;

cream cheese
diced kalamata olive
a few dashes of hot sauce

Creamy [cream cheese], crunchy [toast], umami, with a hint of spice [sauce] and brine [olive]. Good combo.

Hated them as a kid, had a friend make some and gave me leftovers. Wasn't bad, just won't eat the pepper tho.

The ultimate 'you look like you're being healthy and eating vegetables, but you're so so so not' meal.

Are those sprouts in bacon grease and garlic with parmesan on top?

Only thing to rival the peppers is a good cabbage roll.

The leftovers made a good lunch today. I saw those pan roasted chicken thighs on here and have made them at least a dozen times.
