According to the page below, cases with "onset of illness" ranging from 3/10 (ish) to 3/16 may not yet have been reported. The section detailing the "onset of illness" dates is about 2/3 of the way down the page.
That calls into question the accuracy of the daily "total cases" number, does it not? https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019...ses-in-us.html FAX |

As testing ramps up you're going to have more confirmed cases, we shouldn't be surprised by the ramp up being as steep as it is.

Received this from an Aunt in the UK. Thought it might give a chuckle to those who find the Brits amusing:
UK Virus Alert The British are feeling the pinch in relation to the recent virus threat and have therefore raised their threat level from “Miffed” to “Peeved.” Soon, though, the level may be raised yet again to “irritated” or even “A Bit Cross.” The British have not been “A Bit Cross” since the blitz in 1940 when tea supplies nearly ran out. The virus has been re-categorized from “Tiresome” to “A Bloody Nuisance.” The Last time the British issued a “Bloody Nuisance” warning level was in 1588, when threatened invasion by the Spanish Armada. |
