I don't know why but it is starting to feel like MTL is the team that is going to win it all. No way on earth are they good enough to be where they are and now up 2-1 on the VGK, yet here they are. I could be wrong and they could lose out still, but something feels weird because they are playing far better than they should and feel like a team that is destined to win it all for some sick reason.

They've got a shot. Price is on fire right now. Long as he stays hot they'll have chance because teams simply can't score on them w any consistency.

I feel like hockey is one of the biggest "hot streak" sports. A team that suddenly gets hot at the right time can easily win a cup. Plenty of historical precedents for that.

As a goalie dad I've seen some players take a puck to help my son, nobody appreciates it more than the goalie (like the pipes!!), next up is the father of the goalie!

It was actually nice when I was coaching his team (younger years), it forced me to focus on the game, not other things. Good times, I really enjoyed it. But when he rose above bantam, it was time to turn over the reigns to somebody else.

Yeah when you coach you don’t have time to stress, watching goalie moms standing behind the glass , they looked stressed lol.

Jeez. What's up with VGK? off the top of my head, l I'd guess they've turned the puck over through either sloppy passing or poor stick handling at least a dozen times already.

The only player on their team that seems to have his head on straight is Pietrangelo.

And their goalie.
