0.34% of Americans have been vaccinated for this at this point
That’s so awesome. Proud to be American. When we get our shit together, we get shit done. The time frame we did this in is remarkable |

it’s so hard to get someone off a vent. Your body loves it. Hey, we are getting all the O2 we want know. Deep breaths etc. hopefully it’s just a transient thing and not any damage to the lungs of your friend.

Your number is off. They are not going to have 20 million immunized until the first weeks of January. 330 million citizens that’s not a 1/3 of us.

0.34 percent is pretty impressive right now. That would be 1 of every 300 Americans or so. |

Depending on how many people you claim are in the US, I say 345m, and we have 1m vaccinated that would be about .28% and he claimed .34% so not that far off. So using your 330m that's still .3% which is even closer to his .34%. 20 million people would be 6% of the country using your 330m. So yeah, not 1/3 but O.City is not far off with .34%. |

Between my Dad and my Uncle I have heard enough bullshit about Covid these last few days.
I can't get either one to understand there is a difference between being unafraid but cautious and being unafraid and arrogant. I keep trying to use my shark analogy. It's okay to go to the beach and get in the water and not be afraid of being attacked by a shark even though it can happen 1% of the time if that. It's not okay to be out in a boat and see a bunch of sharks swimming around and think you can jump in the water and be okay because you aren't afraid of sharks. |

Still. That’s amazing.
Less than a year into this we’ve begun vaccinating health care workers. I never would have believed you 6 months ago |

Every person who gets vaccinated is one person closer to me. If the line goes from the Golden Gate Bridge to the Washington Monument, they're in downtown San Francisco now, and I'm probably somewhere between Kentucky and Virginia. But hey, the line's moving and that's the important thing.
