The Tourney is no "crapshoot", that's just what KU fans say. The best team often wins and when they don't it's won by a similarly elite team. I wish it was more of a crapshoot because our March performance would be better. |

Looks like MSU and Duke would have passed KU last year here after their FF runs. The idea that KU underachieves in the tournament, though, is a myth for those looking for something to bitch about. |

By the way, if you talk to a lot of Zona people here they're not too pleased with the development of Tarc. He's gotten strong as hell but he's pretty much the same player as he was when he came in (to some in AZ that's the neg on Sean Miller, great recruiter but more often than not his players that stay don't drastically improve). If he would've went to KU he'd be in the NBA by now. |

How many more NCs should Kansas have by now? I mean, there are only a handful of teams with more NCs than KU and the most of any team in my lifetime is 5, compared to 2 for Kansas. If you don't like the level of success, good luck with one of the schools that are so vastly superior. |

All you have to do is look at the champion each year to know that the best team rarely wins the tournament. But, you are of the mindset that the UK game was more important than the rest of the season, so there isn't any point to arguing with you about it.

Clearly...if the best team always wins the tourney, Iowa State would be prepping to defend its title from last year.
