Not in every state. I don't believe there's any such thing as a Federal vaccination card.

Oh don't worry. It's all in a database.

Did you read the article you posted?

If you lose it, THIRD PARTIES can just look up your status.

Which begs the question - if 3rd parties can access your status in the event of a lost or stolen card, why do we need the card in the first place? And if the card is the actual ID, why do we need a 3rd party database?

You need to stop this stupid bullshit.

Those cards are vaccine reminders given to patients so that they know when they need to return for a booster. The same thing happens with Shingrix, which is given in a two dose series 2-6 months after the initial injection.

Moreover, in most every state that I know of every pharmacist that immunizes by a standing protocol is required to submit proof of vaccination to the primary care provider.

Here is an excerpt from Missouri's statute:

(A) The patient’s primary health care provider, if provided by the patient, is notified of the following within fourteen (14) days of administering a vaccine:
1. The identity of the patient;
2. The vaccine administered;
3. The route of administration;
4. The anatomic site of the administration;
5. The dose administered; and
6. The date of administration;
(B) The prescriber is notified within twenty-four (24) hours after learning of an adverse event or reaction experienced by a patient following administration. Notification is mandatory and cannot be waived;
(C) Any notifications required by state and federal law are properly completed and documented; and (D) Notifications required by this section
may be made electronically or in writing or via a common electronic medication record that is accessible to and shared by both the
physician and pharmacist. Documentation of the required notifications, including the notification date, must be maintained as required by subsection (6)(B) or electronically retrievable at the request of the board or the board’s
authorized designee.

The cards are created by the Operation Warp Speed project so patients that don't want to give their mobile number for a text reminder can keep track of their appointment date for the second shot. It's in the article.

edit: the article zerohedge/doom porn is sourcing from

There's plenty more in the article than just that, though. That's my point.
