Can you buy that much in parts? If so, why can't a blade steak be called something like, well, "a blade?" And a ribeye could be called a "break pad"?

I'm just thinking outside the box here man...

So you ignored my Mesa Grill advice I see. Right on, I thought we were homeboys from the dirty south are we not? Anyways Mesa Grill is pricey too, but the food is the best I've ever had.

I was trying to stay at the MGM because I didn't have a lot of time. I may hit that up next year, though. I've got dinner plans with vendors for the rest of the week.

I highly recommend the New Mexican Spiced Rubbed Pork Tenderloin. Tiger shrim for an appy.

OK, I ate it all and forgot pics. Here's the recipe though. I guarantee you will like this.
Quote:
Belgian Pork Curry

3 TB butter
1 lg onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1.5 lb boneless pork loin cut in 1.5-2 inch cubes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 TB curry powder
1/2 tsp celery salt
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 apples, peeled, cut into 8 wedges
1 cup boiling water
1 cup of 1/2 and 1/2
2 TB flour

Melt butter over moderate heat. Add onion and garlic and cook til softened, but not browned. Add pork and brown on all sides, over moderately high heat.

Add salt, pepper, curry, celery salt, bouillon, apples and water. Cover tightly and cook on low heat for 30-35 mins or until pork is tender.

Stir a little of the cream into the flour and form a paste. Add rest of cream.

Add cream mixture to hot pork, bring mix to boil, stir til thick and smooth. Serve with rice. Serves 4-6.

It's not really an indian dish.

Exactly. I remember the first time I tried a real curry dish, and I thought it was going to be like my mom's shrimp "curry."
