The great thing is..there are how many elite wr nowadays?
It should be bringing the price down I would think some.for the lower level top receivers. Or keep drafting wr each year and capitalize on rookie deals. |

The Hernandez and gronk sets may need to be tried.again since top TEs are paid less.

This is kind of a bargain when you realize he has to run, block, catch and tackle

If elite WRs are getting $35m/year, average receivers with potential will get $25m/year. |

Until they don’t. They will level out eventually. It’s the cycle of the nfl. Only the Qb continues to get paid. When teams let a few of these guys go test the market and draft two to replace them the message will eventually land. Do t forget this is a business run by billionaires. They’ll course correct and let something else start taking some of that money. And thus we start again. (See the current guard market climbing)

This is why Veach needs to draft a WR in the 1st or 2nd round every year.

The area you probably end up having to swim in if you don't have one of these guys is the Hollywood or JJSS type deals and see what happens. Keep drafting and if you hit on one sign him or trade him early for more picks. DE's and LTs and QBs are always gonna keep rising and with today's rules, it seems WRs are in that now. |

One could argue that Devonta Smith's deal is a better value than this one.
Paying these WR's this much, you just have to force feed them the ball to get the value out of it. |

I thought WR would begin to level as well and would like to clarify that I think the market will course correct for number 2s like ocity said. Jj and jamar will always get paid.

He’s on the list of WRs that I would pay their worth.
