Ehh I'd have to do a rundown if it's that many. There are a shockingly high number of pretty good TE's in the league right now.

Yeah and I think Wiley is supposed to replace Kelce and Noah just keeps on being himself

Yeah, I did zero research. It wouldn't be CP if we didn't talk out our butts now and then.

I mean at worst he’s solid but unspectacular and can be a good bailout option especially with the pass offense cleaning a lot of shit up this year. They must have some kind of plan for him because he’s always struck me as a guy who just executes what he’s supposed to but this contract seems like something you give to a playmaker.

Oh well, I like the dude and am glad to have him locked up. We can worry about cap implications later

So lets see, who's got what right now.

Bills-Kincaid, Knox yea he's not starting there
Jets-Conklin, Conklin has 3 straight years of 100 targets I'll call it a competition with edge to Conklin
Patriots-Henry, I think Henry is pretty good so I'll give him the edge
Miami-Jonnu Smith, Smith is long time productive starter so I'll say competition

Baltimore-Andrews and Likely so no
Cincy Gesicki, I think he could play here cause Gesick is one dimensional
Pitt-Freirmuth, I'll call this even
Cleveland Njoku, He wouldn't start over Njoku

Houston-Dalton Schultz, no
Jacksonville Evan Engram, no
Tennessee-Okonkwu, could start here
Indy-Granson, could start here

Chiefs-no
Chargers-possibly not sure who their TE is, Parham I guess?
Broncos-probably they got nothin
Raiders-Nah he ain't starting over Bowers or Mayer

Giants-probably all they got is Theo Johnson
Eagles, Goedert so no
Washington-Sinnot and Ertz, so I'll say push
Cowboys-Ferguson, I'll say slight edge to Ferguson

Vikings-Hockenson, no
Lions-Laporta-no
Bears-Kmet..no
Packers-Musgrave and Kraft, so probably not

Saints- Juwan Johnson, Taysom, he could maybe play here
Bucs-Otton, push
Falcons-Pitts, no
Panthers-Jatavion Sanders-possibly guy is a rookie with no track record

49ers-Kittle-no
Cardinals-McBride-no
Seattle-Fant-maybe
Rams-Higbee, Parkinson-maybe he fits right in line here

This is kind of a weird extension, especially right now. Do they know something about Kelce we don't? (not for this year, of course)

Was he set to be a FA after this season? Maybe they just really value his contribution to the TE room and wanted to get something done before the market jumps again next year.

Just kind of weird.

Gonna be pissed if Bolton leaves for chump change and we're here paying Noah Gray.

Pointless signing.

I like Noah Gray, don't get me wrong. But damn, we got bigger mouths to feed.

I don't understand this at all.

Unless Kelce told them he is done after this year. This move makes 0 sense.
