Agreed. If the Chiefs gave an offer that was clearly better than any other offer, the Raiders would take it. It's not like Adams would terrorize them for the next ten years.

I suspect the answer is no.

You don't give your biggest competitor your best employee. That is akin to stealing from yourself. Especially when they can go to a smaller, or non-competitor for the same or very close compensation.
