Don't kill me but did Bo Jackson have the best arm in baseball history?

From an outfielder perspective.

Clemente is probably still considered the best all-time, but Jackson is in the running. The throw from LF to nab Reynolds at the plate is an all-timer.

Assists aren't really indicative of having a great OF arm, necessarily. Assists leaders are often guys with mediocre or fringe arms who teams try to take an extra base on a lot.

Bonds did NOT have a great arm. It was the one part of his game that wasn't outstanding.

Barfield did have an absolute rifle.

This almost hurt my feelings. You have to appreciate his God given athletic talent. He wasn’t the best player at either football or baseball but he is one of the best athletes while healthy of all time. He made things like running up a wall look easy and routine. Bo was never rated as the best at his sport but his talent and athletic ability is undeniable. You turn the tv on to watch athletes like that. He is probably the most electrifying, all around talent of all time?

I know Jessie barfield doesn't have the strongest but he had one of the strongest arms nobody talks about. It's too bad we didnt track arm speed like we do today. I think the strongest arms of the past are every bit as good if not better than today's

Alex Gordon saved way more runs with his arm than Bo Jackson ever did, that's for sure. Ridiculous defender.

No idea what this has to do with arm strength.

Bo had to have one of the top 10 arms in terms of strength of all time. That throw in SEA from the track to home plate was just insane.
