I know I'm in the minority (sticking with the show)......but I thought Sunday night's episode was one of the best in a long time.

Tend to agree. The Daryl & Alpha fight, with both of them unable to get the better of the other at the end, was well done. One nit to pick; where the hell was Carol? If Aarron made it back she should have been with him.

if you didn't see the mid season premier, you missed 2 things. negan and alpha bumping uglies.
And they were real ugly!!! and a cave/spleunking scene. as a guy who spends part of his life crawling through tight spaces, it gave me an anxiety attack. not joking. that shit effing sucked. and if no one saw, rick is alive and coming to a theatre to you in the (near, maybe?) future. part of the "movie series" that was talked about when he left the show. |

As soon as he got shot, I'm immediately saying "shoot him again," but they never do. And that's putting aside the suspension of disbelief of a little girl having any kind of combat prowess. And, putting that aside, these are supposed to be post-apocalyptic survivors many times over, immune to the naivete of the pre-walker world. It breaks the immersion of the show. At this point, they shouldn't be making these kinds of mistakes. No wonder Negan chose ****ing an old fat chick with corpse flesh on her face than dealing with that horseshit. |

Quite an ending last night. I've heard what happened in the comics, and this followed it pretty closely, but didn't expect THAT to happen until the season finale.
