Im a big fan of the 25s.
Just recently got to the point where I can now go play with the 300 Savage. Finding everything to reload the 300 Sav took several months.. I did get to run the gun the other day while out scouting for snow geese. Ran it at a pop bottle in a ditch. Just to muddy to do much else. I dont think your gonna see manufacturers make runs of these obsolete cartridges much anymore. They can't keep up now. |

Optic planet has .224
40 grain V-max. Available for your reloading pleasures. I bought 200. Still cant find 7-1/2 small rifle primers. Primer and powder shortage is really starting to piss me off. Edit/// Never mind. That didnt end well. They took the money out of my bank. Then put it back in, within the hour and sent me an Email. Your order will be filled in 2 to 4 months and we won't charge your bank account until the order has been processed. Oh well Last edited by LiveSteam; 03-02-2021 at 06:36 PM.. |

Just scored 600 rounds of 5.56/223, 300 rounds of 9mm, and a box of 6.5 Creedmor at Bass Pro for normal costs. Pretty excited

Starting a Major project today. I've got a big old box of once fired surplus 5.56 brass.
Going to decap it swage the pockets clean and reload as much as I can. Maybe end up with 1k rounds. Primers no problem but powder and bullets are hard to come by. |
