Not sure if it has already been mentioned but anyone else think there is too much rotation.

Agreed, and someone did mention it the other day. It just doesn't let Mahomes get into rhythm with the receivers

After watching O’Sullivan review there was a few times Pat looked at Skyy and Rice wide open but instead waited on Kelce to get open both would have been first downs , it has to be a trust issue Skyy was wide open a6 yards i from of the DB 1 yard from the first down instead he waited for Kelce to improve his way open .

For me, one of most encouraging drives of the season is the one right after half at the Vikings last Sunday. Kelce was out. Mahomes was in sync with Watson, Rice, and Ross they entire drive. With Watson now out for a while, that trio will obviously not be available. But pair Rice and Ross with Toney for a while, and let's see what happens.

I had high hopes for Moore after his committment to working with Mahomes everyday possible this summer, but it isn't working out. Time to move on.

Edit: I meant Toney instead of MVS. MVS has been a disappointment to me too. So whoever upvoted may want to downvote now just to balance up.

Agreed.

Make MVS lineup in the back of the WR line at practice until he starts producing like a vet, give Watson MVS's snaps wherever possible, make Toney return punts and kicks so he can try to flash with the ball more, give Rice all of JuJu's old plays, James hasn't done much but he was one of the top producers of 1st downs the previous season so I'd mix him into Moore's snaps when he's back from injury and see if he's got anything, continue to build up Ross's confidence and snap count through the whole season and see if you can get him some experience before the playoffs so he'll make a few plays like Toney and Moore did the previous season...

Rice
Watson
Toney - PR/KR
Ross
James
Moore
MVS

Like many have said, Rice needs to be getting more snaps. It seems Pat trusts him and he absolutely flashes off the screen with the ball in his hands. MVS is just worthless at this point and Moore is right behind him. I’d be giving rice Moore’s snaps and Watson MVS’s snaps.

You realize you're advocating for the offense to COMPLETELY change at wr after 6 games despite the fact that we're winning.

Maybe just start with a few tweaks first and see how that goes. Less Moore, more Rice. Then go from there.

Yeah...but....like Nick Wright's been saying, I think they've been treating a lot of these games like practice. I'm not even sure they had a true gameplan for Denver the other night. I think we'll see it tighten up for the big matchups.

Our offense isn't the primary reason we are winning

What's that have to do with my point. He's advocating for swapping out every single wr. Even the most reactionary person would have to realize that's a stupid idea.

Probably rotating a lot because the young WRs don't have the whole playbook down.

You are carrying forward an ugly tradition of the KC fan base of blaming the QB even when they are a top performer on the team. You aren't the only one doing this, but my god. I don't have words.
No one is pining for Mahomes to be replaced... However, he is missing open guys in routes, especially early. Maybe he doesn't trust them, but he's not pulling the trigger. Are the WR's perfect, absolutely not, but Mahomes isn't playing up to his standard yet either. The good news is we are 5-1 and the offense has been the issue. That's a damn good place to be...

You do know that MVS can't throw the ball to himself when he's open, right? It's been shown in mulitple games that he's getting open but Mahomes isn't throwing him the ball.

And your whole post is pointless because everyone here knows that you hate MVS and want him gone.

Yeah. Seems like they're trying to figure out what the rotation is supposed to be.

Moore was expected to make his big leap but has been woefully underwhelming. Toney is hurt half the time. MVS is completely MIA. And Rick James can't field punts or get on the field.

Just a lot of "what the **** is going on at WR" right now. Hopefully Rice emerges as the go-to target and the rest of the guys fall in place.
