The dude's dad was a professional pitcher...and threw for 800 yards in a game. EIGHT HUNDRED..... I was completely skeptical of him...but he looks like the next real star at QB. Last edited by BlackOp; 10-29-2017 at 10:21 PM.. |

Mahomes would have won the Heisman if his defense was worth two shits. They were literally the worst defense in all of CFB.

But man imagine if Watson got to ride the bench this year for Houston and learn everything.....oh what's that? There's no better experience than actually PLAYING the game? Damn shame, I read on here the things Mahomes is learning on the bench are invaluable

It really pisses me off. This ain't 1970. What the **** has Bray learned by all of that SITTING? Not a mutha****in thing because he isn't ****ing good enough and no amount of sitting is going to change that. Either you can ****ing play or you can't. Has Bray EVER looked like Mahomes, even in preseason? **** no, that is why Mahomes promptly took his job without any benefit of "sitting" behind Alex. I believe in my heart and soul that Mahomes has been the best QB on the roster the first day he suited up.

couldn't help but think "shit, that looks like the shit Mahomes was doing back in preseason". sigh....I want to believe, I really do, but man I just have this sinking feeling about Alex that won't go away.

Frankly, this team isn't going anywhere this year with a sieve defense, so I'm glad Mahomes is spending the year at practice and learning the offense instead of taking hits for nothing. |

I think whenever Mahomes becomes the QB, he's going to do well! He is that talented... |

Chiefs are full of shit. There was absolutely no reason for the GM to come out and say what he did after Mahomes looked great in the last preseason game. Way behind Alex and not even close? Sure didn't look that way to me. Don't bullshit me Veach. He wouldn't have said it if Mahomes looked like a scrub. he was just trying to quell any controversy. That was a bullshit statement. Think about it, there was never any need to say that shit as long as scrubs were behind Alex. What a ****ing waste of a season. You all are scared to think big and are content with having just a good regular season. You wouldn't know greatness if it spread its legs in front of you and said come get this pussy. Scary ass mofos..

Mahomes over there looking all buffed (pause, no homo, lol) and ready to go is frustrating.

No. We'd be in the exact same situation we are now. We'd have a rookie QB sitting on the bench and a thread titled "Should we have drafted Mahomes over Watson?".
