You guys can take some good pics. My camera is a fickle sum bitch, not enough light it's crap, low battery it's crap and what are you resizing with?

I just upload through Tapatalk. I almost always step outside to my porch to take pics - much more diffused light than inside. |

I know lighting is one of my biggest problems as I tend to take pics late at night.

The gourmet pizza place in town lost my delivery order tonight and then treated me like shit for it. We wanted pizza, but I won't tolerate that. We ate Pizza Hut. Once a year isn't bad...

You should order from blue coller pizza places from now on. I've been ariund long enough that I know those gourmet places think poorly of guts like us.

While out devouring tacos this afternoon, I ran into the best Mexican corn chowder (crema de elote) I've had. Not the most attractive looking pic, but it was as good as anything I've eaten in Chicago. It's sweet corn, butter, cream, Cotija cheese, Tajin (chilies/lime juice/sea salt), and hot sauce. May have to try and replicate this while there's still some sweet corn around.

Heck yeah, I'm definitely down for a taco run through KC. Sandwich Pimp in KCK is on my list too. |

Yep, perfect cold weather soup.
I'm telling ya, I'm normally a rabid crusher as I have a food temp anxiety disorder, but man, I hovered over that bowl for so long my tacos got cold. |
