I think LBJ is going to be tough to categorize compared to other super stars. No other player has ever jumped ship to and play for essentially 4 different teams while still in his prime to chase titles and supporting cast.
Cleveland Miami Cleveland Houston/Philly That is totally unprecedented. Shaq is in Miami wasnt near what he used to be and that had nothing to do with title chasing. |

Durant did it similarly. I figure it’ll be the new norm with how close these guys are outside of the sport and what not.
There’s not the hated rivalries anymore, which imo sucks but whatever |

But yeah, it is a shitty trend and Durant may do the same again if he had to. He is a soulless douche also IMO.. |

To be fair, there was no guarantee LeBron was going to win a title when he went back to Cleveland. He did that for his hometown, and he accomplished it, which is a big deal.
But like I said earlier, it's a two sided deal because Cleveland is so eager to keep him they've probably bent over backward too much for him and let him influence the makeup of the team. Now everyone's complaining that he doesn't have a good team around him, well... |

That’s where I give lebron a nod over Jordan is that the dude has been in his prime for so long. Pretty crazy he’s still doing what he’s doing now

He had a better shot in Cleveland.. James and that Miami team got their asses handed to them by the Spurs in record breaking fashion. The ship was sinking.
