Tell us more about your wider receiver coach turned head coach. Then, tell us who follows him in three years.

I don't know other than he was on a BCS winning staff and just landed a juco all american running back after only a week in the job.

But hey, Pinkel's still got that Mac Championship.

Wasn't he on the staff that has been beaten by Pinkel's group the past two years?

(I feel like this is where I'm supposed to say "wow" or "Oh my".)

Google doesn't even know who the Kansas head football coach is.

https://www.google.com/#q=kansas+football+head+coach

Not even one mention of the guy on the first page.

What does that have to do with your failure or football. Hoops doesn't exist till March.

I'm curious about what you guys think about the prospects of BYU joining the Big-12. They aren't getting into the Pac-12, so the Big-12 appears to be about their only chance of getting into a major conference.

I'd argue that they bring plenty to the table for inclusion - perhaps more than anyone else available. There are some BYU-centric hurdles; but my feeling is that the only one that's a sacred cow is the Sunday play thing. In the big scheme of things, that doesn't seem to be a big deal.

So, folks in Big-12 country, what do you think?
