The giant herd is probably the Whisperers, which is actually really really interesting stuff.
After that they take on the New World Order, which is the current storyline. And the redemption of Negan (it's pretty good actually). |

I have to say though....I'm gonna miss this Rick.
In the comics...Old Man Rick just isn't the same. |

I picked up the comic book (compendium vol 1), and am actually surprised how basic the dialogue is (guess it's been a while since i've read a graphic novel/comic).
that said, it's crazy to see how far the TV show has dragged out certain time-periods. Enjoying it though so far.... |

That kinda makes me sad. I know the show has went to shit, but it's the first tv show me and the fiance got into together. I remember just on Halloween flipping through the tv guide and we saw a new show on AMC and just happened to watch it. We were hooked. Rick made the show.

If Rick is gone, it's time to end it. In my opinion. 9 seasons is enough.

This is almost like when Steve Carrell left the office...that article says they offered Norman Reedus 20 mill to stay on and lead the way. I'll be shocked if this lasts past season 10. Maybe merge the remaining characters into FTWD at this point.
Makes me wonder if they knew this was coming or if Chandler Riggs leaving effected this too. Seems like stupid planning to off Carl if Rick is gone. |
