I realized that DHop's career has come full circle. He was drafted by Houston and may end his career with former Houston; Tennessee.

It would have been interesting to see what DeAndre Hopkins could have done in the Chiefs offense.

BUT

The money saved that Hopkins required to sign, will be put to good use in the next couple of years by KC.

Andy Reid, Patrick Mahomes, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Skyy Moore, Kadarius Toney, Richie James, Justin Watson, and Rashee Rice will be good enough to win additional Super Bowls.

The Kansas City Chiefs will be a better TEAM with how this turned out.

Pretty sure we could've paid him $13m per, wondering if this was more of a timing thing.

We can't offer anything until after CJ is signed, likely weren't willing to comment on whether we'd be able to match the Titans offer, he had to take the bird in hand in fear that we would low ball him if it took too long for the CJ extension and Titans had to drop their offer.

Who else can we go get now?

How about one additional DE with pass rush capabilities?

Ngakoue, Clowney, Houston, or Ingram?

Or maaaaaybe a skills players?

Cook, Hunt, Elliot, or Marcus Peters?

What do you guys think?

Personally, I'd be highly interested in Ngakoue & Clowney or hey, why not Saquan via trade?

One of those LE's would complete or D-line and Saquan would really round out our RB room: ALL around runner + Speed Runner + Pass catcher + UDFA injury backup.

I don't disagree other than the fact that Moore was behind 4 veterans, and that Juju was the role best suited is why he had a hard time getting snaps and targets. When Juju was out, he was just fine. I expect a much bigger role this year.

When you put all the pieces together, shouldn't their nickname be the Tennessee Trannies?

Worst case this will be similar to the 2015 Patriots.

Gronk 1176
Edelman 692
Amendola 648
LaFell 515
White 410
Spares….

Yet Brady threw for 4800 that year. I’m not worried about our WR room in the least.

Let's put the O/U at 5,000 yards for PM.

Presuming that he plays 17 games, how many of you are looking to take the under there? Even with this WR corp, untested as it may be, I think he goes past 5K with relative ease.

I just can't bring myself to go out there borrowing worry.
