*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

Golf carts can be ****ing expensive, too.... not when you're Patrick Mahomes throwing down $100k+ for a handful of Christmas gifts, but still.

Trevor Lawrence got his o-linemen golf carts and maybe Mahomes didn't want to be outdone (or coincidence).

My business partner bought one for 15k. Cool part of his is that it stops and doesn't roll on hills

Mahomes receivers are dead last in Contested Catch %. There's a reason he doesn't hit tight windows.

On top of that though, people brought this up prior years as well. He's just really good at finding the open guy and Reid is really good at having schemes that get guys open with separation (at least for decent receivers).

Look at this throw. He doesn’t have his foot on the ground. A DT is in his face. Here’s what it looks like when Mahomes decides to throw it to 5’8” CEH at the back of the end zone.

Why is it left for Mahomes to bollocks his offense? Does Nagy do anything?

Mahomes looked rattled to me and trying to do way too much in the game after the fumble on that ridiculously stupid play call from their own 15. Of course, it didn't help that his line was getting destroyed repeatedly and his receivers weren't getting open (or in the case of MVS, completely giving up during the actual plays themselves).

We’ll need to see the All-22 but guys appeared to be open to me. He was just refusing to throw the ****ing football.

I mentioned it in the GDT but I’ll say it again here: most QBs can’t wait to get rid of the football after they’ve gotten knocked around a bit. Mahomes has this weird quirk where he actually holds the ball even longer after he gets roughed up.

I really don’t get it.
