With Mahomes there isn’t a need to go 90s chiefs and bring in some old past prime vets to get us to Hope and Noise in the playoffs.

Healthy Mahomes with a good OL = Super Bowl contender

Might as well keep the OL strong and extend Mahomes’s career as long as possible to give the Chiefs as many Super Bowl opportunities as possible.

Each season is a lottery ticket with like a 1 in 6 chance of winning it all in that scenario. Just keep giving him chances, and we’ll cash in at least a few more times.

If all of them fail (throwing numbers at it) Veach will make a trade before the deadline to get another veteran WR.
I seriously doubt all 3 fail.

Yeah, with Toney, Moore, and Rice getting primo experience thru this season, watch out!

Words of comfort...

Over the past 5 years Hopkins PFF grades have plummeted. I don't believe the Titans overpaid however.

2018- 92
2019- 87
2020- 87
2021- 80
2022- 72

I'm feeling better about this bundle of sticks signing with TEN.

We’re not desperate for playoff appearances anymore. Alex smith isn’t walking through that door to lead us to wild card game losses.

People are so short sighted. We have Pat mother****ing Mahomes.

Mahomes has elevated teams beyond bad defenses and somewhat average weapons. The one thing even Mahomes can’t completely negate is a bad OL.

I’m all for keeping the OL as strong as possible. I love that we brought in 3 new OTs.

That's what the Chiefs think.

But Toney has to stay healthy, he's obviously talented enough to be more than a decent 2.

Skyy hasn't done much but Year 2 has to show something.

Rice is a rookie.

I see Toney like a significantly cheaper Watkins.

Supremely talented, but constant injury issues. Hoping for 12 regular season games and being healthy for the postseason.

Good news is that it’s a risk worth taking for his price. Watkins was making too much to be a gamble.
