Joe is only a year younger than Pat, 14 months. And has done so, so much less in his NFL career. Will he ever get a single MVP or SB win?

Sources say: unlikely.

But he can always be the other guy in the argument, the dude in Pat's shadow for the next decade and that ought to bring him comfort.

Another thing being overlooked is that Mahomes had more passing yards and TD passes and fewer INTs last year than Burrow. Burrow's top 3 receivers were: Chase, Higgins, and Boyd. Mahomes top 3 receivers were: Kelce, JJSS, MVS. Not sure how Burrow is better than Mahomes in any respect.

Best QB in the league (as per Palmer) doesn’t get those excuses. You are correct, they are weak.
