Blood pressure no. Cholesterol can be done for free or small fee at many local health screenings done in the community.
Not that they can't happen to everyone, but I have had numerous patients in their 40's-50's who don't go to the doctor, have undiagnosed high BP or cholesterol and throw a massive clot or have a massive stroke. They are ****ed for life after that. Had another patient prescribed high BP meds. Decided to stop taking them cold turkey...massive stroke within a few months. Medicine does prolong your life for many medical issues. |

It's a food thread. That being said, cracker crust or Chicago style and what do you like for toppings? I love cracker but I got a Chicago I want to try in cast iron. I kind of tired of the pillow crust a long time ago.

I was curious, if I get these dough balls, can I cook the pizza in the cast iron?

the recipe I follow calls for preheating the oven to max temp, then baking the pie, and if needed, crisping over a burner on the stove if the crust is still not to your liking.

I just tried a new recipe where I cooked the cauliflower in a skillet and it was a lot better. Cooked the moisture out easier than wringing it and the crust came out much better. |

Whole roasted chicken is cooking low and slow at 300 right now, covered veeery liberally in Cavenders Greek seasoning, minced garlic and a bit of black pepper
Have an abundance of green peppers from Moms garden, so halved and cleaned those to roast with And stole an idea from a commercial lol, chicken flavored rice with basil and chunked tomato |

Placed in a food processor raw, added to hot pan with a splash of water and cooked for 5-6 minutes. I used cheesecloth to removed access water. Basically followed that YouTube link I posted.

I'm just wanting the quick and easy way. I have yet to find a good sauce recipe, I know it's fairly easy, but a bad sauce can ruin a whole pizza.
