I for one was pissed at him this year with his attitude but you have to admit opposing QBs mostly stayed away from his side of the field. He needs to act professional and be a Chief .

Don't think that's entirely true. I'd argue they were targeting him - successfully once they saw him get burned a few times at the end of the season.

After hearing more about this and then remembering Malcom Butler is a FA this year I bet he is their target to replace Peters. Sorry if this idea was posted before, I didn't bother to catch up in this thread.

Butler excels playing Man which Sutton likes and if they are really done with Peters and his attitude I could see him being the guy they target in FA. They could pay him a bit less than Peters would want and depending on what you believe happened during SB week, if anything did, he should be a better character guy than Peters.

I'm on record. Peters is easily my least favorite Chief.

His tackling sucks, his attitude sucks. I would wager he is a locker room asshole, a risk of getting suspended for legal or drug tests and more. In addition to the likelihood of contract negotiations, how do you think he will respond to getting a huge contract? Think that will really motivate him? Doubt it.

If the people on the inside think it's time to move on....if Andy Reid is ready to move on...he's a problem.
