Deaths are about a month behind. Up to 2 weeks to show symptoms, another 2 weeks to be hospitalized then typical covid ICU hang on for weeks before they die.

You probably have a tiny peepee if you think wearing a mask at a grocery store for 15 minutes is somehow infringing on your freedumbz. A private business can make their own rules, take your freedumbz the fuk somewhere else buddy if you don't wanna comply with them.

IMO, it could do without the "bunch of idiots"/"desperation" rhetoric, that stuff makes it all sound just like the worst of the media, which seems to be the opposite of what's intended.

And biased. Which is fine, but it makes me take everything with a small grain of salt.

363 new deaths today. That's the best Sunday-Monday numbers since this all began. Let's hope the "surge" in new cases does not translate to new deaths but so far it hasn't.

We've rang the bell for about a week now, but Texas is heading in the wrong direction. Today their leaders are finally starting to acknowledge it. Starting to lay the groundwork for taking action.

All the talk about Texas and Florida and California has now snuck ahead of New Jersey for #2 in total cases. They are surging faster than Texas.

They set a record for hospitalizations today too. Both them and Texas are at all time high levels for people in the hospital with this.

I feel like a lot of people like living this way. Those giving me dirty looks for complying with our ordinance are doing nothing to help get us out of this.

Leave aside your opinion on what got us here and help get us out. Because the defiant ones are keeping us down now. And when we get shut down again, to a greater degree, who's going to complain first?

I want my life back but I need help.
