*****The Patrick Mahomes Thread*****

IT ****ING HAPPENED

OP UPDATE:

Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy!

Absolutely this.

Winkler sat around his family. No more to it than that. Jackson has been invisible this season and that's good for everyone.

That's a extremely loose connection. Winning an award has nothing to do with winning games.

Each one alone is extremely difficult to get. Getting both at the same time is almost impossible. Hence 1999.

Exactly. People still hate on the guy, but he's been invisible this year, as has Brittany. I know she's prego and everything, but I think they both maybe have learned that they are annoying as hell...maybe Patrick had a talk with them, who knows. All I know is, the silence is wonderful. I still have non Chiefs fans at work that bring the two up, but it's because they are looking for something to point at and ridicule...and when it comes to PMII those things are extremely few and far between. Even less so now with Jackson and Brittany behaving themselves.

A big part of it is that they're not replying to the haters. It's amazing the difference that this makes.

It is a statistical quirk that a regular season MVP hasn't won the SB in a long time. Patrick Mahomes, Matt Ryan and Manning all came close to pulling it off once and Brady almost pulled it off twice -- once only missing it because of deflategate suspension. And I could be forgetting some other QBs.

It’s also their best 73 game vs Mahomes first 73 too.
