They can’t get open, they drop passes in their hands, their jet sweeps are slow and terrible. These guys are not good.

I know you are only saying this to shit on our WRs, but it's reeruned.
How many 800 yard seasons does MVS have?

I will say that MVS is still doing what hes supposed to do. Its alot easier to defend MVS when all you have to worry about outside of Kelce are guys like Watson and Moore. MVS is still drawing guys down the field with him cuz teams still respect his speed. Its one of the reasons Justin Watson has been doing well.

I don't care about an 800 yard outlier season 2 years ago. He's been a JAG for the other 3, and that's on a team that has been waiting for a WR not named Kupp to step up the last 2 years while he's been out.

He's not better than Rice or Toney today, or even MVS. Only a reerun who doesn't actually watch the rest of the NFL and just looks at stats would think otherwise.

Who were the Eagles missing when we beat them in the SB?

How were our WRs for the AFCCG?

How was Mahomes' ankle throughout 90% of the playoffs?

We had a path like any other. We just built our team without being dependent upon older players like Von Miller who would be more prone to injury. We built our team with players who - in a contract year - wouldn't effectively sit out like Lamar rather than come back from injury.

But you'll ignore all that because it doesn't fit your warped narrative. And you'll be able to crow about how you were right when we don't win a SB.

The true fact is the margin is always going to be super thin.

It's kind of bizarre. The Chiefs HAD the roster construction some of you folks are banging the table for and ultimately failed to win the Super Bowl in all but one of the seasons with Mahomes and a massive part of that was a porous defense that couldn't get stops when it mattered.

Your words. No, he didn't miss your point, at all. You just said something silly to try and downplay the Chiefs run last season, even when it's easily disproven

We still had to perform but I don’t know why this is so hard to understand.

Expecting things like that is the problem and you keep bringing up last year.

It’s a new year. Don’t assume shit.
I give you kudos for your unbiased realistic thinking. The reality is we could have won the SB any of the last 5 years and could have lost it any of the last 5 years. Sometimes you get breaks and you need to capitalize on them when you get them. Sports are not divine destiny.

Yeah. It's because we as Chiefs fans have become insufferably spoiled little ****s. By most metrics available we're STILL one of the top offenses in the league, now with an above average defensive unit to complement, and folks are STILL whining that it's not good enough. Jesus ****ing Christ, people, just relax a bit.

It’s most likely all the same people that bitched about the defense nonstop for the last three years too lol.

You can argue with yourself too because the point also went over your head.

There is a huge group of people here speaking for the FO and let’s be honest, we’re all just guessing.

If we do add a WR none of these people will apologize. Instead they will say they knew it all along, Trust the Plan!

No, we had our fair share of setbacks, particularly to the best player on the planet, and still won. You choose to undervalue the accomplishment of our World Championship last year. This is foolish.
