According to Matt Derrick, it was Reid who actually called the TO. The broadcast just missed it.

This is an all-time play for OL. Show it to any college OL learning how to block downfield

Agreed. That wall formed creating that lane was beautiful.

But I will give Worthy his props. You can see #53 take an angle on the backside pursuit and he is a **** hair away from getting a hand on #1. If that’s Rice, Pacheco - anyone but Worthy, he makes that tackle and prevents the TD.

Their response is to run more (didn't work), and run Lamar at an insane level. A level he can't possibly sustain as he ages.

I think this ends up a very disappointing season for the Ravens.
Highly doubtful wishful thinking here.

It’s week 1. The Ravens are a good team with a lot of new parts that will need adjustment.

As soon as the official saw Spags, you can see he looked in Reid's direction so it's possible Reid was calling TO and we didn't see it on the broadcast.

Unfortunately, Reid can't run like Spags to get the official's attention lol.

If the official had a sandwich in his pocket Reid would have beat him there.

Unlike last year I think they don’t take until the post-season to start making these plays and hammering other teams.

Achilles heel is still run defense but I think we’re going to be fine.

We beat Cincy by 2+ scores.
Mahomes needs to do a better job on some of those passes. I cant fault either guy much. He threw the wheel route pass to Pacheco too low and Perine had sooo much room and Patrick threw it too hard vs just lobbing it up there. Patrick was obv good but just something to tighten up.

Someone has to get into Reids ear when they have comfortable leads. They never seem to score or pull out all the stops. I'm tired of it coming down to inches. I wanna put people away. You have the best player in football. Use him to put away games. They go so vanilla up 10 when there is still alot of time.

Despite the similarities, it veers off in our society when the tech evolved, we can have the violence but not the killing of our favorite players. Serious injury is okay by us modern day fans, not death. Rome wanted death.
