This.

Bunch of drama about nothing. This is in no way even remotely close to the Britt Reid thing.

Having a real hard time giving a shit about this.

When you are as famous as Pat is, your Family's dysfunctionality is constantly on display. Jackson and Pat SR don't need to, but they seem to always have a gas can and a book of matches handy to accentuate their "value" to the Family name...

PMII needs to nip this in the bud the first time he's asked about it. Something like "I love my dad and this is a family issue so I'm not going answer questions about it. Now do you any questions about the big game we're about to play?"

But seriously does anyone remember Patrick ever being asked about Jackson mahomes' incident or Andy being asked about Britt Reid before the super bowl (I think he only commented after?) Is it possible he doesn't have to address it at all until after the super bowl? Just shut down social media for a week

This is what I saw from Patrick talking about jackson mahomes and it came way after the allegations
"Honestly, it's kind of a personal thing that I just kind of gotta keep to myself. At the end of the day, I come here to play football and try to take care of my family at the same time."

So I think we have a sense for how he'll handle it already.

Well, he doesn't really need to address it at all in my opinion. It's about personal life and not even his own personal life. If I was asked, I'd just say, "Not my business. Ask him if it's important to know."

You forgot the most important aspect of that loss.

I figure thats what he'll do, I'm just wondering if the media even addresses it. It seems like the media who gets actual access has enough respect to not press on family issues during the super bowl. I'm sure plenty will write about it but I can't remember any reporter making it an issue during a live press conference. Unless I'm misremembering things. Feel like any reporter with access isn't gonna burn bridges for this kind of scoop

You seem to have taken personal offense to my post. Not sure why? It’s not like his dad would be going to death row or to San Quentin where his safety would be at risk. If my dad was that much of a public safety menace (as multiple DWIs would indicate) I would probably feel better about his and other people’s safety if he were going to jail for a few years. Plus he could learn his lesson possibly and actually take different actions.

Either way, you’re correct about one thing, I am legitimately bewildered as to why a grown any adult would not be able to focus on their job because of their dad maybe, possibly going to a low level jail for a couple years. Unless this would cause a major stress to something like childcare or something like that. Obviously that is not the case with PMII.
