Do you like action packed, CGI movies with mild humor that are mostly completely unrealistic? Do you like that kind of content enough to ignore obvious plot holes?
If so, you'll like this one. If you're too uptight to understand that it's not a serious movie and it's not designed to be taken seriously, then you won't enjoy it. It's like when people complain about the new TMNT movie or the Transformers movies. "That was soooo unrealistic" |

I checked my brain at the door.....and was still bored for more than half the movie. The first half was almost unwatchable.

* whoops, spoilers ** Perhaps I would have dug this movie more in an IMAX type setting, as it was clearly made for that medium, and not a 12" monitor on the back of an airplance seat |

It's pretty stupid when a studio will spend thousands of hours on computer effects but can't write a script that can't hold even a scintilla of logic. |

Bitching is implying too much emotion. It was just a one-off example of how one could easily make an improvement to a movie about a series of malfunctions at a dinosaur park.

Movies can be absurd and still work, but they should still have some kind of internal logic, unless you're shooting for a Better Off Dead kind of flick. I look at it like the bad horror movie syndrome that's developed in the last 20+ years: Any time the movie has someone doing exactly the opposite of what a non-brain dead person would do, it ****s up the movie, even if the movie is about a dead guy with a hockey mask who's killing everyone.

Holy shit. Best JP since the original. I cried when the Brachiosaurus died.
