They can’t get open, they drop passes in their hands, their jet sweeps are slow and terrible. These guys are not good.

Same with Toney.
It’s seriously ridiculous to assume that Toney and Moore aren’t also developing. They may not be developing at the rate you find acceptable or compelling, but that’s absolutely the evolutionary stage where they are in this offense.

Hell, the whole ****ing offense is developing.

Do you dispute that Hollywood gets here and is automatically is the best WR on this roster?

Do you believe Hollywood and Skyy/Justin Watson are comparable?

This isn't 2005. WR's that can play show it much faster.

Skyy ain't developing.

Yeah God forbid the Chiefs trade a 2nd round pick… that has been wasted on the likes of Skyy Moore and Mecole Hardman in recent years… to acquire a proven veteran WR.

Nope, no disagreement he’s our best receiver.

Do you think that he and Mahomes automatically develop chemistry such that he would instantly be the most effective WR on our team?

Or a second that was used on Chris Jones. There’s that too.

Dude went for the equivalent of a 2nd when he had an extra year left on his deal.

For a rental? Who barely broke 1,000 yards in a career year? Pft - hell no.

Maybe a 3rd. And that's if the Cardinals absorb 70% of his cap hit.

And ultimately I'd rather have Hardman for a 6th/7th pick swap.

He automatically pulls coverage his way because if teams don't watch him he's gone for a TD as Mahomes chucks it over their head. MVS speed but can actually track a ball.

That's enough to start. By the playoffs, he will be really in sync.

Didn't Andy just tell the press that he's good to go with this group of WRs? i doubt Hollywood is coming to save the day. Never mind that he's basically the exact opposite kind of WR we actually need.

And don't we have to wait and see if Skyy is going to get his 1000 yards? or what about MVS? I seem to recall there was quite a bit of belief that Scantling could somehow change his stripes and become a 1,000-yard guy in 2023? Some reason we're jumping off those wagons?

I don't think you'd have to pay that much for Hollywood, honestly.

A 4th would probably be enough, he's only on contract through the end of this season and the Cards are rumored to likely pay a portion of his salary to get rid of him.

He'd be our best WR, but not be a huge margin... I think he'd fit in well, no expectation of revolutionizing our offense, just go out there and catch some balls!

If it works out this year and he wants to stay on a reasonable contract, great! If not, walk!

I wouldn't push the issue, if our wrs don't show much over next two weeks and AZ falls apart and starts shopping Murray then I'd swoop in!

LOL. Find me some of that evidence that there was widespread belief that MVS would change his stripes and be a 1k receiver.

MVS and Skyy Moore are each on pace for like 470 receiving yards this season.

And if MVS has an 85yd game this weekend he’s be on pace for ~650yds and right in line with his last several seasons.

He’s never going to be a 1k receiver in this offense the way he’s used.
