Our group was more upset about the lack of screens or draw plays. It seemed to us that they were just pinning back their ears and coming after Alex.

In his defense, the line is not playing well right now. It's hard to keep any kind of a rhythm when the pass protection is so bad and run blocking is inconsistent.

Reid sets up the run with the pass and does a great job doing it. He's not going to run the ball 25-30 times a game but when he does run it will be very effective because the defense isn't keying in on it every play, and has to constantly look out for play action and misdirection.
