Sorry, I just don't equate murder and suicide. Sure, each ends in death. But plenty of people who would never physically harm anybody else take their own lives.

He very well could have contracted it in High School. To Tiger's point, they should sue everyone if they are serious about this.

I suppose the Patriots would just need to show that he got it before he arrived in NE.

That's the issue here.

Obviously Baez will bend over backwards to keep out any evidence of prior bad acts but ultimately the NFL should be able to establish that he was a shithead well before he got to the league.

I have no doubt the guys eggs were scrambled but if he had it that bad due to 3 seasons and 38 games with the Patriots, he was clearly pre-disposed to it and his behavior in his late teens certainly suggests that he was already well down the road to miscreant before he got to the NFL.
