Who is worse?

The Panthers traded DJ Moore, two first round picks, two second round picks and passed on CJ Stroud for a guy who couldn’t even make it through 19 games before being benched.

Tony Mandarich gets my vote, considering he was the #2 overall pick and the #1, #3, #4 and #5 picks that year were all hall of famers.

That's a moron owner...

The Panthers literally have zero talent there are no difference makers anywhere on the damn team.

Honestly I do feel bad for him, bc from what I’ve seen he seems like a thoughtful kid. But this league is whole new animal, idc that he played for Bama. Should not of been drafted where he was. Hard to tune out the noise with being a number one pick and then getting thrown into a complete and utter dumpster fire with no chance to succeed.

Why bother benching him now? Do they have hopes for salvaging the season? Why not play him and try to develop him to whatever extent they actually can? This move seems like trying to bail out the Titanic with a coffee cup while water is pouring in.

Even if you didn’t like Stroud, you just can’t draft such a small guy to play QB. He also had no elite traits anyways.

Frank Reich wins a Super Bowl with Foles as his qb. Andrew Luck retires on him. Puts together good teams while having Rivers, Brissett, and Wentz as his qbs. Gets another chance with a team with the #1 pick… and the owner goes over his head to make his own choice… and it’s this

Is this guy still paying for the crimes of his ancestors?
