I can see the Croyle over Huard because there is an alternative.
I also want Peterson gone, but I don't see the clouds all the sudden opening up over Arrowhead & the sun breaking out. ~anything other than Carl is rather lame reasoning |

For me, the biggest thing would be.....it "COULD" be the beginning of a house-cleaning and a REAL "rebuilding" of the team.
The sooner the better, afaic. And it won't start until Carl in gone, IMHO. |

Carl let his ego get to big. Class A example is John Tait not a member of this team.

"Let's be realistic, what will it accomplish if Carl is to be fired after the season?"
Realistic? The only things it accomplishes is; That "dammit carl" shirt guy suffers a sales drop, significantly. The posters here will have one less thing to bitch about. mmm, yeah - that's about it. |

I doubt Carl would be fired if he was killing Michael Vick's pitbulls with OJ's knife set, as long as the profit margin is on par.
carl isn't going anywhere until his contract runs out...unfortunately. |

Because a new GM would sit down and make a concerted effort to evaluate all potential coaches before hiring them. A new GM might be willing to take the best player available in the draft instead of so many projects and reaches. A new GM might be willing to let a vet walk if the result gives a younger, hungrier player to fill that spot.
