He’s your intermediate-to-deep winner. Steady speed presence you have to respect.

In Baltimore, he was the only guy Lamar had a good downfield connection with.

To pair that with Rice and Kelce is so on the nose.

That seems smaller than real but maybe he's just a little longer making him seem taller.

I've been on the Hollywood train for a hot minute because he makes too much sense. Imagine the space that can be schemed up for this guy. Teams will focus more on Rice this year and continue to respect Kelce.

Outside of possibly Jamar Chase is there any receiver who would not be interested in playing with Mahomes?

He definitely seems to fit the offensive needs better than Samuel. It would be really nice to attack 20 yards downfield more consistently.

No, that's accurate.

Measured about 5.9 1/2 and 170 lbs at the combine. Probably a little heavier this far into his career.

He's a tiny dude. Essentially built like Jaylen Waddle. Almost the exact height as Skyy.

It's a concern, to be sure. But again, I don't think this team NEEDS size in it's WR2. Especially with Rice already in the fold. It wouldn't hurt, but it's not vital. And if it suppresses the market for him a bit, that doesn't hurt us.

But the lack of productivity the last couple years is definitely disconcerting. We'll just have to see the numbers and ultimately let it play out. I don't think it would prevent us from taking a WR in the 1st or 2nd, though it may impact what TYPE of WR we look at.

I think that's really the distinction.

Samuel plays 70% of his snaps from the slot and can move out wide in a pinch. Hollywood has played 70% of his snaps from out wide and will move inside on occasion.

Given that we don't really look for traditional 'slot' receivers, a guy with more outside ability is going to be a lot more useful for us.

LOL what makes you think Samuel can't/doesn't do that? Lining up in the slot doesn't eliminate you from intermediate routes.

Samuel will also take some of the things McKinnon used to do.

Samuel is much more versatile in this offense than HB is.

I heard a rumor that Mahomes has him on his fantasy team as WR3.
