Russini said Titan were very close until they signed Ridley. Still in it just not as certain.
While Schefter said Colts haven't talked to KC, KC has talked to other teams. I still think Titans could be in play and I hope Hopkins would be coming back in the deal with a pick. What if Titans have been working on a deal and Veach asking for Hopkins? Titans wanted to wait to make sure they got Ridley signed to replace Hopkins before a trade was done. Plus they would save almost $8M in cap this year by trading Hopkins. Thats close to what Ridley's cap hit for this year!!! YES not gonna happen but its fun to think about! Hopkins+Titans 2nd...Done and Done |

They talked to the Colts. This is a PR spin.

Good luck getting that shit next year, Sneed. It won’t be from us.

Cause he's about to Orlando Brown himself. Personally, I think it'll probably be the best thing for the Chiefs. Assuming he plays healthy this year. But it's probably gonna end with him getting like $45M over 3 years instead of the $80M over 4 years he could probably get right now. And that would be a good outcome. If he has a bad injury, it'll be a nightmare. |

Think he's overinflating his price to stay with the Chiefs at this point. Probably doesn't want to go to any of the primary suitors.

I want to go into next season with the same defense and our offense back to being top 3 which is what it will be with another legit receiver like Hollywood.
This would be the best team we've had under Andy |

Chris Jones just got resigned for much more than what he was demanding last year in his holdout, so if I was Sneed, the only thing I would be concerned about in playing on the tag would be my health and holding up my level of play. If he produces next year like he did this year, he'll probably get even more money than he's asking for now, just like happened with Chris Jones. |

It feels like winning SBs causes players to have overly inflated views of themselves. So many of these guys and their agents just aren't realistic.
