If/when the Chiefs bring back EB and hire Nagy as QB coach/co-OC, some things need to happen. First, only 1 person talks in PMII's headset. Second, put either Nagy or EB in the booth where they can see what the players see. It's not like we don't have enough "quality", "special", or "assistant to the assistant" guys to help them eyeball the field from the booth. Put a couple folding chairs up there if need be. Third, look ahead a down. If it's 2nd and 6, have someone start looking at cool plays for 3rd and 2, 3rd and 5, 3rd and 20, or even 1st and 10. If we can script the 1st 15 plays before the game, surely we can have a clue of what to run 1 play ahead. In other words, no more late plays to our all-universe QB. Good grief, there's a possible 40 seconds between each play. There's no excuse for a play to be late. Fourth, I really don't care who calls the plays as long as Andy can thumb it down. If there's too many thumbs down or plain out bad plays, get a new play caller regardless of title. Finally, if Kelce/Hill/Mahomes comes to the bench and says "this isn't working", put aside any egos and listen to them.

Let's face it, SB LIV was a long time ago. Frank Clark "helped us" win that one. So did Sorenson. Does that mean we have to carry them year after year? Either produce or GTFO, it's the NFL and that means Not For Long if you don't win.

Maybe it has to do with a young fellow named Patrick Mahomes II being our QB. But I can't say for sure.

Depends on the coach. I'd venture that if EB had Elvis Grbac for his QB he wouldn't be nearly as "successful". But that's just my opinion.

When Belichick lost Brady, his team sucked. Clearly he's a shit coach who should be on the streets.

2nd half playcalling was poor, but Andy always has veto power and could call what he wanted. Most of all, it was Mahomes' poor decision making before the half and at the end of the game that stopped another Super Bowl appearance. And, everyone wants to conveniently ignore the defense that couldn't pressure or tackle Burrow.

Players matter far more than coaches. You think Switzer was a good coach? You think McCarthy is a good coach? Both have Rings. Good coaches can make noise with average QB's. Even a below average coach can win the SB with a great QB.

The only reason coaches like Shanny and Vrabel don't have rings is their QB sucks. Coaching matters but Mahomes is the reason we have a ring and a second SB appearance not his coaches.

Incompetent and nasty is a bad combination. If he didn't get his nuts clipped, he is a ticking time bomb. Bad juju all around.

Should have just gone with a good soldier like Nagy but Andy gonna Andy.
IMO. The only way he might get a head coaching job, if Chiefs agree to pay part of his salary, and give up a 3rd round pick.
