Those are career numbers. Correct, Hef?
I'd never argue that Houston has had a better career thus far. That would just be absurd. He only had 5.5 sacks his rookie year. BUT, since the start of last season, he's averaging over a sack a game and this year appears to have taken his game to another level. EDIT: I know that graph is showing sack percentage against competition. I'm just highlighting the fact that it likely includes Houston's rookie season in which he only had 5.5 sacks in 16 games and was clearly not the same player he is now. |

Nobody doubles Houston like they do Von. Von absolutely decimated Fluker and after that sack the Chargers doubled him every single play. If SD had left Von alone on Fluker the entire night Von would've had 3 or 4 sacks.

Houston's entire career (in red) Houston's career minus his rookie year (in yellow) Houston since the start of 2013 (in purple, because I ran out of Chiefs colors) Now, should I start cherry-picking Von's best seasons, as well? |

I'll give you that one. Von has been more consistent.
That's only one metric, though. Don't think you've won the war. |

It's like asking which is better - 10 $100 bills or 20 $50 bills.

Hasn't Von gone sackless in a game facing Eric Fisher?

Yep, he had no sacks in either game against KC in 2013. Between his suspension, injury, and deciding to bulk up to a ridiculous size, Von did not have a good 2013.
As far as divisional rivals, Von got sacks in: 4/7 games against KC 2/4 against OAK 6/7 against SD Houston: 2/6 against DEN 1/5 against OAK 1/6 against SD |

Denver is a one man gang and that one shits his pants every year in the playoffs. End of thread.

Uh huh, cool. In 17 AFCW games, Houston has 5.5 sacks. In 18 AFCW games, Von has 14 sacks.
In fact, Houston seems to have a knack for racking up sacks in the least important games. 18.5 of his sacks (more than half of his career total) have come in 6 games against Chicago, Philadelphia, New Orleans, St. Louis, Jacksonville, and Tennessee. You may recognize all of those teams as being either in the NFC or terrible. |
