Who gives a shit? Does anyone actually believe Micah Parsons, Nick Chubb or Trevon Diggs actually had a chance of beating him if he went 100%?

This was a case of a hilariously more talented person in Hill making the event far more interesting than it would have been. Like when an adult lets the kids win to keep it fun and good natured instead of simply crushing their soul.

Hill had literally nothing to gain by smoking a rb, and a lb. So he allowed the competition to be between Parsons and Chubb.
