That’s the world they’re in at that instant. Setting aside the obvious self defense angle, there’s no way on earth they can let that man into that vehicle knowing what they knew.

So now are we really back to ‘just shoot him in the knees!”? Again?

The problem is that in many cases, there's no justification for killing someone.

But my words don't matter. I'm not an African-American. I've never had to deal with type of situation in my entire life.

But Doc Rivers' words should matter.

Considering that Black people make up about 11-12% of the entire US population, Black people are being shot and killed by police at a far higher rate than White people.
