You'd have to ask the officer that, that doesn't change the action or the reaction. Police officers are allowed to be annoyed, being a jerk is an illegal, and in the end you cannot reconcile with anything other than this could have been avoided had Hill been respectful.

Okay I watched the video in the tweet that you most recently posted and you have to have an amazing type of x-ray vision to see whether that officer kicked him or not because there's about three motorcycles in the way.

You really need to open your mind here. No one is saying they should have let him off because he’s famous. What they’re saying is the cops should have ****ing relaxed because tyreek has too much to lose to wave a gun at a cop over a ****ing traffic stop. Cops get training on human psychology right?

What if he speeds away? The cops were there escorting athletes into the stadium and knew where Reek was going. If he runs you just let him go, add a charge, and arrest him after the game.

Can you not just acknowledge there were two cops that horribly escalated the situation with Tyreek and Calais?

Clearly someone who's never been made to lick somebody's boot before. Being respectful doesn't mean licking someone's boot or kissing their ass.

Tyreek rolling a tinted window up is a major no-no.

For all the cop knows he’s going to the glove box to get a gun.

Everything that happened after the cop got his window back down was a bad look though and definitely excessive.

Guess what , responding with physical aggression to someone being rude..is a crime. Being an ass however is not.

My mind is open to different options. That's not really relevant here. No they don't know who he is even if they know he's Tyreek Hill and he's a wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins. Did they give him the business? Yeah. They gave him the business. All that could have been avoided by one not speeding, two once he was pulled over if he had been respectful and just answered the officer's questions none of that would have happened.

Pretty sure the cop that pulled him over didn’t know who he was initially.

In one of the body cam videos another cop literally has to tell him that Hill plays for the Dolphins.

I agree it sounds stupid but it’s also common sense that the cops are going to get hostile if you put yourself in a position where they can’t see your hands.

You don’t have to agree with it, but that’s just never a good idea.

So all in all it's Tyreeks fault the officers acted out of line?

On a minor note, neither of those guys in the SUV were Calais Campbell. I'm pretty sure the guy with his arms up at the back isn't Calais, either, though we only get a glimpse of that guy. Maybe he was in the back seat of the SUV?

There’s a second body cam video that he’s in.

He was parked behind Hill’s car. He was driving his own car and not in that SUV.

The entire situation is Hill's faul for everything I stated above.

So what was the rationale for what happened with Calais Campbell and Jonnu Smith?
