They can’t get open, they drop passes in their hands, their jet sweeps are slow and terrible. These guys are not good.

Kelce looked a little slower last season. He's looked slower again this season. The days of him being someone that can just defeat whatever you throw at him may not be over, but they may not be routine either.

The wrong team with the right personnel and a smart coach can have us running the ball 35 times and hoping the defense can get a key stop.

That's a fairly unnerving thought for a team built around it's superstar QB and offense-minded HC.

It just seems to be inviting trouble.
It's what happens when you are left without a reliable WR.

We need to change our offense to do a little more of this shit. I know Andy hates fades but thats why people think Hoe Burrow is good. If its man just throw it up to Ross or MVS. See what happens. Nobody can get open so we need to do more of these throws and we almost never run those routes except with Kelce on goalline...occasionally.

Well.....to be honest here....that's kinda what everyone wanted with the "draft and build the defense".

In my opinion, alot of this is gonna just come down to Toney. THey've put alot on the dude and his health, but he's pretty needed .

They probably won't do it bc Noah Gray exists but Mike Gesicki would be an awesome rotational TE and his cap hit this year is only $4.5 million

Everyone expected a 2nd round pick to be able to contribute meaningfully to the offense in his 2nd year in the system.

Remember - my approach has been competence in depth. So far James and Moore have been neither of those things.

Give me a bunch of 5s that Mahomes can turn into 7s and I'm happy. But the guy can't turn 2s into average players and that's what he's getting from Moore and James. Watson is a 4 he's turned into a 5. Rice is probably a 5 who he'll turn into a 7.

But you just can't have them be complete bums and that's what Moore and the natural Moore Insurance Policy in James have been to this point.

DJ Moore is 26 and has 2 years left on his deal. It really makes too much sense. Someone get him out of Chicago.

Makes sense. I don't disagree.

This is kinda why you take the high ceiling guy in the 2nd.

With Kelce's deep speed on the decline, Gesicki would've been a really nice 12 personnel seam stretcher.

And yeah, awfully cheap.

Why do you people think they are going to trade DJ Moore 6 months after they traded for him, in a package for the #1 overall?

Because the Bears are fighting for the #1 overall pick.

Trading away anyone who can do anything is essential.

Personally, I'd like to see us acquire Darnell Mooney if we are WR shopping at the Bears discount store.

It just doesn't make any sense. They wanted him to give Fields a legit weapon to help him develop, but they're going to give up on that plan after 4 games and trade him away? They valued him enough for him to balance that package for the #1 overall last year, but now he's expendable?

I get that it's the Bears and they do stupid things, but they aren't that stupid.

Just saw that rashee has been targeted on 32% of the routes he’s run. Yet he only plays 40% of snaps with mahomes. We can’t let this happen. I really really hope this is the motivation to change

JFC it's a clear indicator that they know he's one of their most talented WRs, but they're easing him in as a package guy, and as the season goes along, he will very likely get starter snaps.

Veach literally laid out the blueprint, and people are still concerned that it's not what they're doing
