Funny thing.....I used to deal with constipation all the time until I had my gallbladder removed in the early 2000's. Since then I am as regular as can be...although those first few months after the surgery I had to be within 5 minutes from a bathroom after eating.

Interesting discussion.
Before I graduated from college I never put a thought into pooping. Once I graduated and started to realize I was a mere mortal and needed to take care of myself, I figured out that I was not pooping anywhere close enough to what I should be. If I was lucky, I’d shit 1 or 2 times a week, which I now mostly attribute to poor diet (as in, consuming literally zero fiber). Nowadays I keep my food pretty strict during the week, pescatarian with a ton of vegetables and grains mixed in. Weekends I still eat whatever (while I can), but now I go every morning and feel infinitely better. It’s at the point where if I don’t go in the morning then that’s my alarm to get back on track. |

I also have been taking a probiotic every morning for a couple years. Not sure if it actually helps, but I’ve felt much better since I started taking it so I’ll keep that going.

I go up to two weeks not going.
Of course that's better for me than being loosy goosy. I have no control so every time I fart its a guessing game. Bet I duped myself more than anyone here, lol. Nothing more shittier than peeling a diaper off your legs when they can't move to help not to get shit every where. |
