Doesn't sound like there will be any state restrictions on social distancing at restaurants. He's saying they'll have guidelines but it will be consumer-driven.

Yeah it's going to be interesting. If restaurants and bars in Liberty, Lee's Summit, etc all open up, how is he going to tell the businesses unfortunate enough to be located in a KCMO zip code that they need to stay shut down?
