I know there are enough of us to participate in this thread, even when our seasons inevitably go to shit.

KSU vs Western Illinois today, tip-off at 3:00 pm.

One thing I noticed near the end of the game on Friday night - we had 5 true freshman on the court, and still played sound basketball. None of them were scrub walk-ons either. While I don't think we will make a serious run at anything this year, the foundation is being laid for a solid program in the future.

The Baylor fands have been really fun. They always seem to have a good time. I like it when they do their "Bear Claw" during free throws.

In other news from a game thats probably of interest to KSU fans:

SD State just got screwed. New Mexico got away with an obvious shot clock violation (+2 points), SDSU coach calls a time out and asks the refs to review the play, they either refused or they were blind.

It might not matter because they are still up by 4 with 1 minute left, but if it somehow goes to OT or SDSU loses by 1, there will be some interesting fallout.
