Unless you also post and track how many they are testing each day this doesn’t really tell you much.

The beaches are closed in LA County and they're closed in San Diego County, so if anyone is at the beach, they're most likely from out of state.

It's a LAW in LA County that people must wear a mask at all times in public, with a $1,000 fine if found without it.

If Los Angeles residents are disobeying that law, they deserve to be fined.

It's been 90 degrees the past two days in LA and it was 86 degrees on Thursday

Kansas has less total cases than OK and OK is starting to open things back up. I hope KS follows suit.

I do think there is an argument to be made that the longer you sit in quarantine the more of a spike you are going to get when people get back out. Argument being our bodies need to be facing this to build immunity. Tough call but that is how our immune systems work.

I don't think the mask deal is a "law". From what I have been reading all the stay at home orders and mask orders that were not passed into law by the appropriate legal bodies cannot legally be enfocred. Perhaps they did that in LA.

https://www.the-sun.com/news/735979/...ing-stay-home/

THOUSANDS of people in California flocked to the beach Friday as the state endured a heatwave — despite the state’s stay-at-home orders meant to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.

Okay so I guess the beach run was yesterday

And you are wrong. Masks are required in Los Angeles and people found without masks in public are receiving $1,000 dollar fines. It's a law in Burbank as well and they have signs outside Costco and Ralphs stating that customers must wear a mask to enter the store and if not, they're not allowed to enter.

I spent Thursday cleaning my garage and nearly every single driver on my street was wearing a mask while driving, which is a bit silly but at least they're concerned.

People are taking this very seriously in Los Angeles.
