Like I said, this is what I seriously pushed back on, and I was 100% proven right.

His GPS speed tracking during an actual game turned out to be far more impressive than his 40.

Like I said, it's the exact opposite. He plays faster than he times. This is indisputable at this point, but of course you will continue to argue otherwise, or deflect from the actual point I was originally trying to make.
And then I patiently broke down what that means and you refused to listen.

Never go full Donger.

So just to be clear, you're now claiming that you weren't trying to say that he doesn't play as fast as he times?

My problem with Worthy is the same thing with Flowers and Hollywood: they’re small guys who won’t be blockers and will get jammed at the line by good press corners (Sneed was great at this).

So you’d have 2 WR’s that you need to motion often so they don’t get jammed at the LOS.

I do not feel that way. Look at how Mahomes used Tyreek. Maybe he needs that short speedster again in his career? Just saying.

So I ask, WHY would they need to be blockers? Run fast as hell and leave their secondary in the dust for downfield completions!

Ok, for the record. Xavier Worthy needs to be a CHIEF. Piss on the OT position, get a bonified WR 1st in this draft. The CHIEFS need offensive weapons. If Brian Thomas Jr. is there then flip the coin. But, for Gods sake, get offensive weapons if you want a 3 peat!

This team NEEDS offensive weapons and Dobbins, CEH, Toney, Moore are NOT the answers!

New ESPN Mock has us taking Franklin... at the bottom of the 2nd!? Sure, I'll take it!

Noting they have 6 WRs going in the 1st and 8 in the 2nd, feels about right.

Feels like Thomas Jr doesn't get past the Bengals, what do you guys think?

They're losing Higgins and Boyd, and love to chuck it up deep for the 50/50 ball. Feels like a perfect marriage, unfortunately.

The press coverage issue is a valid concern. Tyreek admitted to struggling vs press early in his career and bulked. And Tyreek was/is a compact ball of muscle, unlike Worthy and Brown. It's a big part of what makes Tyreek special, not just his speed.

BUT, if teams don't have the corners to press...or get beat on the press....oooof. That receiving group can really punish them.

What really stand out to me, when watching Worthy, is how much cushion they give him. And he eats it up anyway. Teams really, really respected his speed. His speed is real, functional speed AND he can track. His ability to locate the ball over the shoulder and contort himself into position is fantastic.

The combination of Rice/Kelce/Brown/Worthy is quite the swiss army knife. Add in Pacheco and oh yeah that Mahomes guy with Reid drawing it up....all of a sudden.....
