****OFFICIAL NBA Playoffs Thread****

Have been banned from the other thread by an apparently sensitive snowflake (ironically after dozens of pages of political discussion from others) so I'll stick my thoughts on the NBA Playoffs here from now on. We needed a new thread anyway.

It really shows how massive Shaq's ego is when he felt so threatened by a guy who wanted nothing more than to be his sidekick.
Yeah I just went back and watched that. He was really putting on a clinic in that series.
Just breaking people ankles and making them look foolish. If they could've got that version of Penny back with a healthy Shaq the following year they would've been damn hard to beat.

Yeah I was hoping they won that series and then somehow got past the Knicks to face Chicago. I really wanted to see 97 Penny vs 97 Jordan. With Penny playing mainly the 2 guard that postseason, it would've been the best time for them to match up. The Bulls would've rofl stomped them, but they rofl stomped Miami too.

Then Hardaway with the Suns was fun for a little bit. He wasn't ever quite the same but some of those Suns teams were fun to watch.

Scott Foster is the ref tonight. That means the Suns will lose.

Chris Paul has never won a playoff game in 11 tries with Foster as the ref.

I dont think it would have mattered, the league doesn't want the Suns to go up 3-0 in the finals. Bucs would be getting all the calls tonight no matter who the ref is.

I loved that team. The 97 playoff version of Penny was as good as they get.

What an absolute beatdown. Turns out the Bucks can win this series if any actual non-Giannis players show up.
